AILEM+ ("we", "our", "us") is a community-led platform designed to support refugees and asylum seekers through personalized guidance and Artificial Intelligence (AI) driven modules. By using the Service, you agree with the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.

This helps us refine our services and understand what features are most useful.

The AI chatbot may also process conversation metadata, which allows us to improve the relevance and responsiveness of advice shared through the app. Importantly, all such interactions are anonymized unless you've explicitly opted in to identifiable tracking for additional services. The lawful basis for collecting and processing this data includes your freely given consent, our legitimate interest in improving user experience, and ensuring secure service delivery.
